When you contact us
The contact form collects the name, email address, topic and message you provide. Submissions are stored in Wix Forms and may create a contact in the site's Wix account. We use this information to respond, investigate corrections and manage the enquiry. Please do not include payment information, passwords or unnecessary sensitive details.
Pet photo submissions
We collect your pet’s photo, name, age, type, optional breed, story, your email and your consent. We store submissions privately in Wix CMS for review. Selected photos and pet details are copied to a public gallery; your email and private submission record are never included. We may crop images or lightly edit stories for length. Please submit only photos you own or have permission to use, without people or private details. Images are resized and re-encoded in your browser before sending. You can request removal through our contact form. We review unselected entries for deletion within 90 days; selected submissions are retained while the feature remains published, unless removal is requested.
Checklist, preferences and calculator
Your starter-checklist selections are saved in this browser's local storage so they can remain available when you return on the same browser. They are not sent to our contact database. Clear the checklist with its reset button or remove the site's browser data. Shopping planner entries, including your pet profile, chosen products and entered prices, are processed and saved automatically in your browser as you build your list. They are not submitted to us or saved in an online account. Use the planner’s clear action or clear site data to remove them. Your shopping region is also saved locally so retailer searches use your preference.
Hosting and technical information
Wix hosts this website and processes technical information required to deliver and secure it, such as network and request information. Wix's services may use cookies or similar technologies for those functions. Wix Analytics can measure page visits and clicks to external retailers when the site has a connected custom domain. Click events identify the catalog item and retailer, not the information you enter in our contact form. This version does not add a separate advertising pixel or newsletter subscription.

Links to Amazon and manufacturers take you to services with their own privacy policies. If affiliate links are active, the retailer may use the link identifier and its own tracking to attribute qualifying purchases. See our retailer-link disclosure.
Your requests
Use our contact form to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, or to ask about its handling. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information. Applicable record-keeping requirements may affect what can be removed.
